A Senator finally tried to filibuster the Patriot Act. And that Senator was Teapublican Rand Paul.

Even more telling: Rand Paul's filibuster was defeated by a parliamentary maneuver by Democratic Leader Harry Reid.

Let the left chew on that for a while.

This will pretty much solidify the end of the regime Reid and Pelosi put in place. Changing of the guard once again.

Anyone think Jack Conway (Rand's Kentucky opponent last year) would have done this?
